Today i got a shock of my lifeeeee
Well, we got a new trainer today and he was working me out like hell... i never felt my heart beat so fast beforee, i couldnt take it and then i finally left, it took a while for my heartbeat to return to normal, mind you!!
anyway, i think i've not been used to proper training for too long, that's why, but anywayyyy the best part is THE WARZONE IS BACK!!!!!! It might sound giberrish to tose who arent in the warzone...
